Payment

A minimum upfront payment of 50% is required for all services before the project is initiated. Work will commence only after payment is confirmed. All transaction fees, processing charges, and applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the client. The remaining balance must be settled in accordance with the agreed project milestones or before final delivery.

Revisions

We offer revisions to ensure client satisfaction within the scope of the original project brief. Revision requests are processed based on the project's urgency level, with a standard minimum turnaround time of 24 hours.

Revision turnaround times based on urgency:

• Orders with urgency up to 24 hours: 24-hour turnaround
• Orders with 24–48-hour urgency: 48-hour turnaround
• Orders with 48-hour or longer timelines: 72-hour turnaround

Project Requirements

All project details, expectations, and deliverables will be discussed and agreed upon before work commences. Book Publishers will address any service-related concerns in accordance with the agreed terms, this document, and standard professional practices.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered under specific conditions and only in exceptional circumstances. Eligibility for refunds will be evaluated based on the project stage and the work completed.

Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

• Custom or discounted packages have been selected
• Revision requests exceed the original project scope
• Lack of communication from the client for more than two weeks
• Project delays caused by the client or placed on hold at the client’s request
• Violation of company policies or terms
• An incomplete or insufficient project brief was provided by the client
• Changes in business status, including closure or rebranding

Refunds are also not applicable for reasons unrelated to service quality, including changes of mind, internal disagreements, or dissatisfaction after multiple approved revisions.
